Did you know that Cedarfield has a Baby Sitting Co-op/Exchange?
The Co-Op is a group of neighbors who utilize a coupon exchange system, instead
of money, for watching each other’s children. This is used most often by, but not limited to, stay-at-home moms during
the day. This gives those moms a chance to volunteer at an older child’s school, go to the doctor, hairdresser, do the
family shopping in peace...so many things that many of us without small children take for granted.
All members have been screened so that you know your children are safe, and
if you join, you also will have to partake in that screening process. Remember, the co-op president is just looking out for
your children’s best interest and that of all the other children, not looking to see how clean your house is!
For more information, please come to one of our meetings (2nd Tuesday of
each month at 7pm). Call for details!
